This notice explains how the RossoVino Hotel Group processes the personal data of guests and website visitors, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is Gruppo Hotel RossoVino. For any request regarding your data you can write to info@hotelrossovino.it or call the reception of the relevant property.
Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly to manage bookings and information requests: name, contact details (email and phone), stay dates and any preferences you share. While browsing, technical data (IP address, browser type) may be collected through technical cookies and third-party services.
Purposes and legal basis
We process data to: manage bookings and stays (performance of a contract); respond to requests sent by phone, email or WhatsApp (our legitimate interest); comply with legal obligations, including tax and public-safety requirements.
Online bookings
Bookings are handled through the Vertical Booking platform. When you send an availability request, the data entered is also processed by the booking service provider under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and in compliance with legal terms (for example tax and administrative obligations).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@hotelrossovino.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
